Conditional Acknowledgements and Final Authorization

By placing my order, I hereby confirm and / or accept that:

1. All information provided, including but not limited to my billing and shipping addresses, contact information, uploaded artwork is accurate.
2. The credit card presented for payment is valid and can be charged for the full amount specified on the order I am placing.
3. Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) colors will be used for all non-process color imprints. If a PMS color is not specified, I authorize Gildedbox to use the closest color match available.
4. Images are simulations and may not be an accurate representation of the actual product.
5. Production will not proceed until payment is confirmed.
6. Rush fees may apply according to the delivery option I have selected.
7. Import taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility, failure to pay for them may delay delivery.
8. The information in this document accurately identifies my desired purchase and authorizes the production of my order.
9. Due dates are not guaranteed, however Gildedbox will make all possible effort to produce and ship on or before the desired in hands date.
10. Additional freight charges may apply for any returned packages to Gildedbox facility.
11. All sales of customized products are final.
12. Gildedbox has my authorization to use the likeness of the product as ordered with logo and trademarks in their reasonable marketing efforts.
13. $40 per returned package fee will apply for any US shipments returned back to our facility and will be sent to the return address provided above.
14. International returns are subject to additional returned fees, duties / VAT.
